This is a step-by step Recipe for making at home crisp and delicious Batata or Potato Sandwich. This bread-less sandwich makes the uses of a special potato and chutney preparation as the main ingredient to make this fried Potato sandwich, which can be served as a stand-alone snack, starters dish or as a part of the main course meals. The Marathi language version of this Potato Sandwich can be seen here- Batata Sandwich Preparation Time: 40 Minutes Serves: 8 Sandwiches Ingredients 3 Big Size Potatoes 1 Small carrot (shredded) 2 Green Chilies ½” Ginger Piece 2 Tablespoon Rice Flour Salt as per taste For the Chutney ½ Cup Coconut (grated) 2 Green Chilies 5-6 Garlic Petals ½” Ginger Piece 1 Teaspoon Lemon juice ¼ Cup Coriander Leaves+ Mint Leaves Salt and Sugar as per taste 2 Tablespoon Water or Coconut Water Preparation For the Sandwich: Boil the Potatoes, Peal and shred them.
