Preparation Time: 60 Minutes Serves: 6-7 Puran Poli Ingredients 250 grams Chana Dal 250 grams Sugar 259 grams Maida 50 grams Pure Ghee 50 grams Cooking Oil 1 small Katori Rice Flour Elaichi Powder as per taste Salt as per taste Sakharechi or Sugar Puran Poli Preparation Wash the Chana Dal and cook it by adding half a liter of water and while it is cooking add Salt as per taste. After the Chana Dal is cooked, remove it from the flame and drain the water. Then, add the Sugar to the Chana Dal and cook it on a low flame until all the water evaporates and it becomes it becomes slightly thick.
