This is a Recipe for making at home a special and rare kind of Chaat, using Schezwan Sauce along with Chaklis as the main ingredients. The Schezwan-Chakli Sauce can be be served as a stand-alone snack or even as a side dish during the main course. The Marathi language version of this same Chaat recipe and preparation method, which hardly take much time or effort, can be seen here – Schezwan-Chakli Chaat Preparation Time: 25 Minutes Serves: 4 Persons Ingredients 8 Chakli 1 Medium size Onion 1 Cup Cabbage 1 Cup Carrot 1 Cup French Beans 1 Medium size Capsicum 2 Tablespoon Schezwan Sauce Salt as per taste 1 Tablespoon Oil Tasty Schezwan Chakli Chaat Preparation Finely chop the Onion. Wash the Cabbage, Carrot, French Beans, Capsicum and finely chop them. Break the Chakli into 2” pieces. Heat the Oil in a Kadai and add the Onion, Cabbage, Carrot, French Beans, Capsicum and saute for 2-3 minutes on a medium flame.
