This is a Recipe for making at home tasty, delicious and nutritious Paneer Stuffed Mushroom. This dish makes a great starters snack, which can be also be served along with the main course. I have also used french beans, carrots and capsicum along with mushrooms and paneer for making this recipe. The Marathi language version of this recipe can be seen here – Stuffed Mushroom Paneer Preparation Time: 45 Minutes Serves: 10 Nos Ingredients: 10 Big size Mushrooms 5-6 French Beans 1 Small size Carrot 1 Small size Capsicum ¼ Cup Paneer (chopped) 1 Small size Onion 4-5 Garlic Petals 3-4 Green Chilies ½ Teaspoon Garam Masala 2 Teaspoon Chat Masala Salt as per taste 2 Tablespoon Butter 1 Cheese Cube Paneer Stuffed Mushrooms Preparation Wash and clean the Mushrooms, remove the steams, chop and keep them aside. Chop the French Beans, Carrot, Capsicum, Onion, Garlic and Green Chilies.
